Speak out AGAIN to higher taxes !

It's been over a month and the Washington Legislature continues the debate to increase state cigarette excise taxes by $1.00 per pack as a means to fund new health care programs. If passed, this increase will bring Washington's excise tax to $3.025 per pack for cigarettes - one of the highest in the country!
